-Kashi cereal bar, apple
-had lunch after speaking to the Fitness First trainers and managers
-roasted veggies and brie cheese in small roll
-several pieces of fruit: different melons, and pineapple
-several glasses of wine before and during dinner
-there was a buffet:
-veggie lasgna
-fish
-veggies
-salad
In the gym:
-60 min. cardio between elliptical, run/walk on treadmill and bike
-3 sets leg lowering/holding above floor
