-one apple after wkt. at 7:45am
-tea
-small amt. of mixed nuts at 10am
-veggie wrap with eggplant, brie, tomato at 10:30
-tortilla soup at 1pm
-about 10 chips with salsa-so good!
-after my presentation at the conference I had appetizer portion of mussels; and small order of fish tacos
-2 beers
-1 glass of wine later with a colleague
-snickers almond bar; so good-350 calories or so…oh well.

-10 min. elliptical
-10 min. abs/core stuff
