Fri. 6.12.09
Finishing workshop at Equinox
-oatmeal no nuts
-3.5 oz. tuna
-mixed nuts
-small section of veggie quesadilla
-two beers at the Blues festival we stumbled upon
-huge delicious salad: seared salmon and tons of veggies/greens
-2 glasses wine

Wkt.
One hour cardio between elliptical and treadmill
-cable wkt. –excellent workout!
