2 huge bowls of soup (same as yesterday)
Huge salad with veggie burger and cheese
2 glasses wine
Exercise/activity
Strength/power and cardio
8 Negative only chin ups
8 jump lunges on 14 inch box
Dumbbell rows with 25lb/10-12 reps
Lateral raises 10lb/10
Reverse flys 10lb/10
Repeat everything except the negative only chin ups
Elliptical 30 min. 10 cal/min.
Core:
Negative only tricep push ups-6
25 bicycle crunches
20 leg lowering
